1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items like innerwear or personalized/customized products are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@zehramart.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach product images if applicable.

  3. Once your request is approved, we will guide you on the pickup or return shipping process.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer after collecting bank details.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

4. Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange your item for a different size or color of the same product.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • If the item is not available for exchange, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
